As there’s only a few more days left of 2021, I wanted to quickly share how I’m doing my annual reviews for 2021.

This is a template I created after listening to an episode by Janet Lin, a podcast host from Taiwan.

This Notion template was inspired by the annual review method she recommended. Here are the steps:

Step 1 - Write Down These Categories

1. Career
2. College
3. Financial
4. Relationship
5. Friendship
6. Family
7. Body (Mental & Physical)
8. Interests & Hobbies
9. Growth

Step 2 - Go through each category & reflect

1. 🟢 Positive (can use + sign if on paper)
2. 🔴 Negative / Can be improved (can use - sign if on paper)
3. ⭐ To-Dos

Step 3 - That’s it!
